In the village of Bhojpur in the Atikrur-Bhojung region, a pandemic had spread, causing an increase in the number of corpses in the cremation ground. The Chandal Kapalphor and his ten-year-old son, Atikrur, were busy burning the bodies. However, the fear of the pandemic and the concern for hunger forced both father and son to migrate towards the city.
Upon reaching the city, when Atikrur felt hungry, Kapalphor attempted to steal from the house of a wealthy merchant. Unfortunately, they were caught in the act, and both Kapalphor and Atikrur were beaten with canes in the marketplace. Unable to tolerate the humiliation, Atikrur left and found himself in a situation where Gajokh, a demonic king, accused Kapalphor of murdering him.
Upon discovering this, Atikrur leaped into the funeral pyre, but instead of dying, he found himself in the presence of the king of the demons, Mashanraj. Honoring Atikrur’s honesty, Mashanraj revealed that Atikrur’s father had been framed. Atikrur was then sent to Kalakopra for education so that he could learn the art of war.
After completing his education, Atikrur reunited with his father in the prison of Bhojungadesh. They revealed to him that Gajokh’s death could only occur with the weapon called Dantak, possessed by his brother Gajanan, who was participating in the Tijismi Olympics. In this way, Atikrur encountered various challenges and adversaries, including Bhokal, Turin, and Shootan.
By obtaining Dantak, Atikrur not only defeated Gajokh but also liberated his father. He then became the commander of Bhojungadesh’s army and returned to Vikas Nagar with Bhokal. Atikrur’s marriage was with Peeku Pakoriya.
Atikrur, belonging to the demon race, is a significant character in Kapalika comics. In the comics, when Kapalika captures Bhokal in her city through deceit and the strength of all the warriors fails, Atikrur is the only one who fights against her and defeats her, ultimately destroying her.
To eliminate Kapalika, it was necessary to remove Kalankini from the city because she was the one who rendered everyone powerless with her mantra. Therefore, Atikrur challenges her to a fight, aiming to end Kapalika and it happens as planned.
Atikrur possesses the strength of ten elephants within him and owns the powerful Dantak acquired from Gajanan, with which he has won many battles and saved Bhokal’s life. In fact, during a critical moment, Atikrur sacrificed his own life, and Kalankini, touched by his sacrifice, returned his life to him.
