Jen – a crucial character in the Wolf Comics, isn’t in love with Kobi the Wolf. Instead, she values her friendship with Kobi because everyone in the jungle knows that Jen is the only one who can face formidable creatures like Kobi, understand him, and even make Kobi listen to her. However, Jen didn’t first meet Kobi and the wolves; her encounter was with the wolves when she was not one but two beings. Jen was trying to catch her father’s killers, who were slain by a group named Bhoora Billa. Although Jen knew her father was the underworld leader, she wasn’t saddened by his death. Instead, she wanted to end the crime. That’s when Jen found the injured wolf under a collapsed hill, and with Jen’s help, the wolf returned to India as Bhoora Billa had taken him to France to avenge his brother Kala Bachcha’s death.
Jen stands side by side with wolves, protecting the animals and the tribes there. Jen, with her sharp mind, has saved Kobi and the wolves multiple times, such as in the challenging ‘Save Kobi’ comic. When the blood demons entered the wolf’s body, Fuzo said the only cure was a unique blood, which they didn’t have. The tribes prepared to burn the wolves, but Jen managed to extract Kobi’s blood and fed it to the wolf. The blood demon within Kobi died as both shared the same body. She is brave and can endure any situation. She loves Kobi, but when wolves split into two bodies due to Gururaj Bhatiki, Jen faced a dilemma. While Kobi and the wolf both wanted her, Jen wanted them to be one. In the ‘Balikuthara’ comic, she obtained a boon from Gururaj Bhatiki to make them one, but it required her to break the magical gem. Despite facing opposition from the Kuthara clan, she still tried to unite them.
In ‘Savdhan Doga’ and ‘Kaun Bada Jallad,’ we learn about Jen’s brother Michael, who survives in a hidden fortress in Assam. He lied to the wolves and Jen, claiming to be a doctor. When Doga revealed the truth to Jen, she didn’t take a moment to abandon him. The ‘Prem Ritu’ series reveals information about Jen’s magnetar, John.
