Super Commando Dhruv is one of the most recognized and established superheroes in the world of Indian comic books. Over the years, he has fought not only ordinary humans but also villains, supervillains, comedic antagonists, tricksters, as well as creatures like demons and deities. Some of Dhruv’s enemies eventually turned to the path of righteousness. On certain occasions, he even had to confront adversaries who were once enemies of other superheroes.

What sets Dhruv apart is his unique ability to craft weapons from everyday objects around him, despite not possessing any superpowers. With his sharp intellect and skills learned from childhood circus training, he consistently triumphs over his foes. Dhruv not only saves innocent lives but also, through his artistry, transforms the destinies of the innocent. To say that Dhruv has had no role in the creation of super commandos would be incorrect, as his repeated battles and defenses of Rajnagar against attacks have established him as a master in his field.

While Dhruv has many enemies, some villains have proven to be formidable adversaries, challenging him both intellectually and physically. Whether through their intelligence or sheer power, these ten villains have given Dhruv a tough fight, and we present them to you.

Jigsaw

Jigsaw first appeared in the ‘Atit’ comics, as the name suggests, the story is related to Dhruv’s past. It is revealed that Jigsaw is the person who plotted to kill Dhruv’s father, Shyam. Jigsaw’s entire body is connected with pieces of a puzzle, hence the name.

Supernova

Supernova is not a widely known supervillain and plays a minor role in Dhruv comics. Despite this, he earns a place among the top adversaries due to his power, often giving tough competition to Dhruv. Supernova possesses the power of light and can blind his enemies with it. In the ‘Andhi Maut’ comics, he used his powers to blind Dhruv. However, it was later revealed that Dhruv was not blinded, and Supernova’s destructive plans were thwarted.

Quiz Master Tito

Quiz Master Tito stands out in Dhruv’s rogues’ gallery as one of the most formidable adversaries. Although not inherently evil, he underwent a complete transformation after being ousted from his own TV show. His penchant for asking tricky and controversial questions led to a decline in the show’s popularity, prompting his removal. However, post-dismissal, Tito turned to crime, using his quiz skills to commit offenses.

Doctor Virus

As the name suggests, Doctor Virus aims to spread evil and crime in society through the use of biological viruses. A specialist in viruses, Dr. Virus seeks to instill fear by deploying his advanced knowledge of viruses worldwide, occasionally attempting to wreak havoc on entire cities. Despite facing opposition from Dhruv and other superheroes, Doctor Virus has proven to be a formidable adversary, even causing significant trouble in the Nagraj comics, where he almost took the life of Nagraj.

Bauna Vaman

Bauna Vaman stands out as a unique supervillain in the world of Raj Comics. A passionate mechanic and expert in crafting remote-controlled gadgets, Bauna Vaman channels his skills not only towards creating innovative devices but also for committing crimes. His first encounter with Dhruv took place in the ‘Khooni Khilone’ comics, where he clashed with Natasha and Chandika, agents of ‘Kaaldhvani,’ attempting to deliver them to Narka Jail. Boona Vaman successfully escapes from jail, showcasing his prowess.

The character of Bauna Vaman is written in a way that makes it hard for anyone to believe he is capable of crime, adding to his enigmatic charm. His notable catchphrase is, ‘Bauna Vaman always keeps a trick up his sleeve,’ emphasizing his cunning nature.

Chumba

Chumba first appeared in Dhruv’s comics as a part of the ‘Chakravyuh’ storyline, which is considered one of Dhruv’s best comics. The name ‘Chumba’ is derived from the Hindi word ‘chumbak,’ meaning magnet. Clearly, he is the possessor of magnetic powers. Chumba excels in the specialization of magnetism and uses his expertise to manipulate electromagnetic waves against his enemies. He is one of the three cyborg supervillains in the Super Commando Dhruv series.

Dhwani Raj

Dhwani Raj was a renowned college professor whose name was Kala. He conducted research on the powers of sound, and became aware of Dhwani’s abilities. However, an evil scientist named Dhwani Raj deprived him of those powers, intending to use them for his own gain. Dhwani Raj first appeared in the comic ‘Avaz Ki Tabahi,’ where he is captured by Dhruv.

Mahamanav

Mahamanav was first introduced in the comic named ‘Mahamanav.’ Portrayed as the only living being on Earth today, he is depicted as a being who will exist thousands of years in the future. Mahamanav views humans as his ancestors and, due to his rapid evolution, has acquired unparalleled mental abilities. His sole purpose is to recreate the circumstances that will accelerate human development, allowing them to reach his level. Possessing strong telepathic and mind control abilities, he also has the power to manipulate weather conditions, although extreme heat poses a challenge for him. This weakness is exploited by Dhruv to overcome him in battles.

Chandakaal

Chandakaal claims to be the last descendant of the demon race and identifies himself as a rakshasa from every aspect. Utilizing his dark magic, Chandakaal employs it selectively when he needs to accomplish his objectives. Occasionally, he wields a magic wand that serves as an indicator of his powers, bestowing him with strength. Due to his lineage from the demon race, his actions and deeds are inherently demonic in nature.

Grand Master Robo

Grand Master Robo is one of the most popular supervillains in the Raj Comics universe, serving as the chief leader of the international terrorist network. He was first introduced in the fifth comic of Super Commando Dhruv, ‘Maut Ka Olympiad,’ where he was presented as the enigmatic ruler of the secretive International Crime Syndicate. Initially known as the gangster Robert Sheen, he underwent a transformation after losing his limbs in a gang war. Post-recovery, he became part human and part machine, with bionic limbs enhancing his physical capabilities. His body is also immune to cobra venom, and he can emit powerful laser beams from his left eye.
