Trikaldev: The Rise of a Legendary Hero from the Age of Devas, Demons, and Humans

Beginning – When Devas, Demons, and Humans Lived Together

It was a very, very old time. Back then, gods, demons, and humans – all three lived together. There were no mobile phones, no traffic jams, but yes… troubles were not few.

There was a state called Kaushal, famous for its greenery, prosperity, and its good king. But just like every good story has a villain, one arrived here too – Kankalketu.

Villain’s Entry – A Walking Skeleton Threat

Kankalketu was no ordinary demon. His body was entirely made of bones, and eerie blue flames would continuously emerge from them. His hobby? Just creating chaos, scaring people, and watching the world burn.

People were afraid to step out of their homes even during the day because of him.

Maharishi Agnivesh’s Mission – Search for Divine Weapon

On the edge of the Kaushal state, in a dense forest, was Maharishi Agnivesh’s peaceful ashram. He was an ocean of knowledge and penance. He knew that defeating Kankalketu with ordinary weapons was impossible.

So he decided – a grand sacrifice would be performed, and divine weapons would be requested from the fire god.

Preparations for the sacrifice continued for weeks. The chanting of mantras, flames of fire, and an atmosphere of devotion all around… and then, after the sacrifice’s offering, the fire god appeared.

He gave Maharishi an extraordinary sword and warned –

“If this weapon falls into the wrong hands, it will cause destruction.”

Entrusting Responsibility – Ramdev’s Journey

Maharishi called his brave disciple Ramdev and said, “Take this to the king, so that Kankalketu can be ended.”

Ramdev set out with his companions, but on the way, Kankalketu’s spy had already sent a message.

The Attack of Kankalketu

Kankalketu blocked the path with his dinosaur-like pet “Skeleton Eater”.

Ramdev and his companions fought bravely, but Kankalketu killed everyone and snatched the divine weapon. Only one wounded disciple survived, who reached the ashram, shared this sad news… and breathed his last.

The Prince’s Promise

Both the sage and the king were in shock. Then the king’s son, Prince Trikaldev, spoke –

“Father, I will go and confront that evil one.”

He was young, full of passion, and thought he would simply grab a sword and win.

But the sage explained – “Courage alone is not enough, strength is also needed.”

Training – The Real Beginning of Becoming a Hero

The prince’s training began – mantras, tantras, weaponry… everything.

With Agnidev’s mantra, the power of fire, with Indradev’s mantra, the strength of the thunderbolt – started filling his body. This was not easy; the pain was as if bones were breaking and rejoining.

Kankalketu’s Strategy

Meanwhile, Kankalketu was trying to control the divine weapon. When he heard that the prince was becoming powerful, he sent the smoke demon Kapalvesh to destroy both the ashram and the prince.

First Test – Confrontation with Kapalvesh

Kapalvesh arrived, but Maharshi distracted him with his magic.

The prince understood that this was his test and challenged Kapalvesh alone.

After a fierce battle, he used his new powers to tear him apart – smoke vanished!

Confrontation with Skeleton Eater

Kankalaketu now sent his most powerful demon “Kankalabhakshi”.

This was no ordinary animal – as big as a mountain, and equally terrifying.

The prince summoned all his strength and transformed in a shimmering light – wrapped in red-golden armor, lightning in his eyes, divine weapons in his hands…

Now he was not just a prince, he was Trikaldev.

With a single strike, Kankalabhakshi turned to ash.

Final Battle – Kankalaketu versus Trikaldev

Trikaldev directly reached Kankalaketu’s cave.

Kankalaketu attacked with divine weapons, but Trikaldev’s armor stopped them.

A terrible war ensued – the cave trembled with the clash of lightning, fire, and divine powers.

Finally, Trikaldev combined all his powers into one weapon and delivered the final blow.

Kankalaketu’s weapon slipped, and he was destroyed in the fire of his own evil.

Hero’s Resolution

Trikaldev returned victorious to Maharshi.

Maharshi said – “Now renounce this weapon and dedicate your life to protecting humanity.”

The prince agreed without hesitation –

“Now this life is not mine, but humanity’s.”

Maharshi blessed him saying –

“From today, you will protect dharma in three times. Your name will be Trikaldev.”

And thus, an ordinary prince transformed himself into a great hero through courage, penance, and sacrifice – who will be the time for evil and shield for goodness for centuries.
