“Dear students, it’s because of these small mistakes that criminals like you get defeated in front of the protectors of law. And do you know why these mistakes happen? Because of the lack of crime education. 90 percent of criminals don’t even know how to commit a crime properly or how to escape afterward. They don’t even know the ABCs of crime. That’s why I have opened this Crime College — to give such people the knowledge of crime and turn them into successful criminals. I, the Principal of Crime College, welcome every person who comes here for crime education.”
Naturally, you’d be shocked to hear something like this — because this is the statement of a criminal who calls himself Principal, and whose job is to train other criminals. That’s exactly why he has opened Crime College.
Principal was first introduced to readers in the comic Crime College, which features Wonderman Parmanu as the superhero.
Principal is a man with a sharp mind, but sadly, he uses that intelligence for crime. Right from the opening pages of Crime College, we see how he’s training criminals—how to evade the police, and more importantly, how to deal with Parmanu if he shows up. This clearly means he is aware of the threat Parmanu poses, yet he’s so confident in himself that he believes he can outsmart even Parmanu. This reflects the boldness and fearlessness in his character.
Surprisingly, the writer never delves into Principal’s backstory—how he became a criminal or what led him down this path. He is simply shown as another villain tossed into the ring against a superhero.
That said, most of Parmanu’s other villains usually get at least a small glimpse of their past or some explanation about their origins. But Principal is an exception.
What makes Principal different from other villains in Parmanu’s comics is that he always comes prepared with a deadly, well-thought-out plan.
But there’s one more thing that truly sets him apart—he doesn’t just want to defeat Parmanu, he wants to make money while doing it. In fact, you could say making money is his real motive, and if Parmanu dies in the process, that’s a double jackpot.

And perhaps that’s exactly why, in the comic Pakistan Zindabad, when Pakistani terrorist Khameera Khan teams up with supervillains like Kaal Paheliya, Bhanja, Mechanic, Master Joker, Enviro, Wonder Woman, and Principal—he captures all the superheroes—Doga, Parmanu, Inspector Steel, Shakti, Anthony, and Tiranga—and imprisons them in the Bermuda Triangle, threatening to destroy India.
At that moment, the blood of all these villains boils, and they decide to unite against Khameera Khan. But even here, Principal betrays them all—for money. He gets all the villains captured by Khameera Khan just to earn some profit. He doesn’t even hesitate to betray his own country for money.
And this is what sets Principal apart from all other villains.
His confrontations with Parmanu in several comics clearly show his intellect and cruelty. You already know about Crime College, and here are some of the other comics where Principal appears and his deadly plans unfold.
Kala Akshar Bhains Barabar

Suddenly everyone in Delhi city starts becoming illiterate, even big doctors, bank employees and MA pass students. And due to this many accidents start happening and Parmanu sets out to find the reason for this but he too gets trapped in the trap of his enemy and becomes illiterate but with the help of his mind he finds out the real enemy who was none other than the principal.
In the Kala Akshar Bhains Barabar comics we come to know how important education is like at one place the bus driver started taking everyone to death because he could not read the danger board even after seeing it and a woman gives sleeping pills to her mother-in-law instead of medicine because she could not read that medicine. This comics gives us knowledge along with entertainment.
Limpt Bomb

The principal has returned with a new and dangerous plan and this time his aim is not only to loot money but also to defame Parmanu. On his orders, all the criminals commit crimes in Delhi and when Parmanu catches them, one of them gives him a message that there is a bomb planted somewhere in a plane, school or railway bridge which is going to explode in some time. Hearing this, he leaves those criminals and goes to save hundreds of lives. As soon as he leaves, the criminals start running away from there. In this way, Parmanu is proved to be a fugitive in the eyes of the people.
Jaikara Parmanu Ka

No matter how powerful any creature is on earth, its power is very small in front of God. Humans have also accepted the invisible power of God and have hailed him.
Humans believe that whenever any crisis comes upon them, God will descend on earth to remove their crisis.
These words are from the comic ‘Jaikara Parmanu Ka’. In this comic, we are told how criminals can play with the emotions of innocent people in the guise of religion, which is really very scary.
And this time once again the Principal has come back with his new trick. And with his crooked mind, he has spread the illusion in the minds of people that Parmanu is an incarnation of God and Parmanu gets badly trapped in this trick of his because whenever he goes to catch the criminals, the people around him consider him to be God and cling to his feet and he is forced to leave from there.
Vote for Parmanu

It seems that the principal has vowed to not leave Parmanu alone. He gets beaten up every time but comes back with new troubles. Just like in the ‘Jaikara Parmanu Ka’ comics, he forced people to consider Parmanu as God, this time he traps Parmanu in his net to contest elections for the people.
Parmanu Paagal Hai (Parmanu Has Gone Mad)

Suddenly, Parmanu starts seeing strange and bizarre things. Whatever he does to help people ends up backfiring—and instead of saving lives, his actions put thousands in danger.
Even Sheena, Kripa, and Mamta are shocked by his behavior.
Eventually, when things go completely out of control, he is sent to a mental asylum.
But what no one knows is that behind all this chaos is the twisted mind of Principal, the headmaster of the criminal underworld, pulling the strings from the shadows.
Parmanu Return

This time, Principal uses a device called the Wonder Device to push Parmanu into a coma. The Wonder Device has a unique ability—it brings out a person’s deepest hidden desire, one they’ve long suppressed.
In Parmanu’s case, it was the desire to marry Sheena.
Under the effect of the device, he quits his police job and marries her. But soon, Parmanu realizes—it was all a trap.
