Today we are together to review the second part of the popular Raj Comics series ‘Swamibhakt Rakhwale’, titled ‘Kuttaghati’. This is not just a comic book review, but a deep emotional journey that introduces us to various aspects of humanity, loyalty, justice, and the spirit of revenge. This part of the comic has given a new direction to the character of Doga and brought the story to a turning point where every reader will eagerly await the next issue.

Story Background and a Unique Perspective

The story of ‘Kuttaghati’ directly moves forward from its first part ‘Kuttapanti’. If you haven’t read that part, you should know that the story centers around five trained police dogs who have been discharged from service. Now they are living with different owners in their new life. But a big mystery is hidden in their lives, because of which someone wants to take their lives. One by one, they are being brutally murdered, and the responsibility of solving this mystery falls on Doga and an honest police officer Inspector Babu.

The most special thing about this comic is its unique perspective. The story is shown not just from the human point of view, but also from the dogs’ point of view. We get a chance to understand the thoughts, feelings, and deep attachment of these dogs towards their owners. This is an experiment that is rarely seen in Indian comics, and author Sanjay Gupta has executed it in a very impressive manner.

Doga’s Character: A Sensitive Human Beyond the Hero

Doga has always been a warrior fighting for justice. But in ‘Kuttaghati’, we see a new and more sensitive aspect of Doga’s personality. At the beginning of the story, we see Doga listening to a bhajan and trying to find peace. He says that these bhajans bring peace to his soul, but the screams of those innocent people he couldn’t save still echo in his mind. This shows that Doga is not just a hero wearing a mask, but a human being who also has pain and regret.

This conflict (struggle) makes his character even stronger. He is tired of the world’s cruelty, but still does not give up. This human side connects readers to him even more. He is not just someone who punishes a criminal, but a person who raises his voice against every small injustice.

A Sharp Conflict Between Humanity and Cruelty

The conflict between humanity and cruelty is depicted very clearly in the comic. On one side, there is a character like Uncle Adrak, who lives life with honesty and truth. Listening to bhajans gives him comfort and strength. On the other hand, there are police officers like Inspector Babu, who have compassion and a desire to help the poor. They know that injustice happens to the poor in society and want to fight against it.

In contrast, there are cruel and merciless people in the story who snatch the livelihood of the poor, drive vehicles after drinking alcohol, and commit atrocities on animals. The punishment these villains receive at Doga‘s hands gives us comfort, but also forces us to think about why such injustice exists in our society. At one point, Inspector Babu says, “Oh, what a world! Someone works hard for children’s hunger, and someone snatches it away.” This dialogue shows a bitter truth of today’s society, where some people destroy others’ lives for their own selfish interests.

    The Emotional World of Dogs

‘Kuttaghati’ is unique in that it takes us on a tour of the emotional world of dogs. We learn that they are not just loyal animals, but they also have their own thoughts, emotions, and a sense of justice. In the story, dogs are not mere silent spectators, but an important part of the narrative.

We are shown the story of a dog who is ready to give his life for his owner. Seeing his love and loyalty towards his master, our eyes well up with tears. When a dog says to another dog, “If I die, I will tell my master the story of my loyalty,” this dialogue shakes us. It teaches us that animals have emotions just like humans. This comic makes us more sensitive towards animals and makes us realize that they too have feelings like us.

A Masterful Blend of Art, Illustration, and Coloring

The success of this comic owes much to Dildeep Singh’s illustration and Shadaab Siddiqui-Sunil Dasturiya’s coloring. Every panel has been worked on with great finesse. Action scenes look very lively and dynamic. Doga’s entry into action, thrashing the enemies, all of this has been shown very impressively in the illustration.

The use of colors also helps to highlight the emotions of the story. Dark and deep colors have been used for serious scenes, while light colors have been used for emotional scenes. The expressions and body language of the dogs have also been portrayed with great skill, which helps us understand their characters. The illustration is so vivid that it feels like we are watching the story with our own eyes.

    Dialogue and Language Impact

The language of comics is simple and conversational, making it accessible to every reader. Dialogues are short and powerful, giving momentum to the story and reflecting the characters’ emotions. The use of local language and dialect from Mumbai makes the story more authentic. This helps the reader feel more connected to the story.

Conclusion and Anticipation for the Next Installment

Overall, ‘Kuttaghati’ is an excellent comic. It is not just a superhero story, but a social commentary that teaches us that the struggle between good and evil will always continue in the world. A hero like Doga gives us hope that someone will always stand against injustice and cruelty.

This comic is a great achievement by Sanjay Gupta, Tarun Kumar Wahi, and Dildeep Singh, and I hope Raj Comics continues to publish such outstanding stories in the future. This comic gives a new dimension to the ‘Swamibhakt Rakhwale’ series and makes us eagerly await its next part ‘Dog Promise’.

This comic is a must-read not just for Doga fans, but for anyone who wants to experience an emotional and powerful story. Its story, characters, illustrations, and language together make it a memorable experience.
