Shukraal is the superhero of the past, and why? Because Shukraal has not just taken one birth but multiple, and in each birth, he was a warrior. The creator of Shukraal comics was Tikaram Sippi, who continued to create the comics until the end. From this, it can be inferred that Shukraal’s story might have originally been a novel, adapted into comics, possibly making it India’s first comic series, known to everyone. Shukraal was published at the same time as the first Doga comics, Kafryu. Shukraal’s story unfolds across approximately 11 comics, with each comic consisting of pages 30 to 32. His costume is crafted in accordance with the story in each comic.
Shukraal’s story begins with his escape from prison because he was a criminal accused of numerous murders and crimes. He almost succeeds in escaping, but before he can, a smoke bomb falls among them. Shukraal loses consciousness and wakes up in a laboratory, facing an elderly man who introduces himself as Professor Rana. It turns out he had seen Shukraal escaping through his computer earlier. Professor Rana then reveals a skull kept in a cupboard and begins narrating the story of Shukraal, the great warrior of the past.
In each comic, Shukraal’s intriguing story unfolds, and Professor Rana’s daughter also becomes a part of it. Readers learn about Shukraal through Professor Rana, and in the end, Shukraal meets his demise.
In the Shukraal comics, Shukraal Smariya was a warrior who managed to outwit Alexander the Great, sweating him in a world-conquering challenge. No one knew who he was, as he appeared suddenly in the battlefield and disappeared after ensuring Smariya’s victory. Not even Smariya’s Samrat Thods had information about him. When it seemed that Smariya would lose, he meets a minister from his kingdom who had betrayed his country and made an alliance with Alexander. He reveals his plan to Smariya, allowing him to defeat Alexander.
In the final comics, Shukraal faces the real motive behind his escape from prison. Professor Rana and Savita assist him in achieving his goal.
