कहानी की शुरुआत अमेरिका के नासा (NASA) सेंटर से होती है, जहाँ मंगल ग्रह के लिए ‘स्पिरिट’ (Spirit) नाम का एक बेहद आधुनिक रोबोटिक यान भेजा जाना होता है। यह मिशन 6 जून 2003 को तय किया गया है। इसका मकसद यह पता लगाना है कि क्या मंगल ग्रह पर कभी जीवन मौजूद था या नहीं। लेकिन यह वैज्ञानिक मिशन शुरू होने से पहले ही हालात अचानक बिगड़ने लगते हैं।

लॉन्च के समय आसमान में अचानक अंधेरा छा जाता है और ‘मशीनी टिड्डियों’ (Robotic Locusts) का एक बहुत बड़ा झुंड रॉकेट पर हमला कर देता है। ये टिड्डियाँ साधारण नहीं होतीं, बल्कि ये धातु तक को चट कर जाती हैं और कंप्यूटर सिस्टम को पूरी तरह तबाह कर देती हैं। यहीं से राज कॉमिक्स के ब्रह्मांड रक्षक यानी दुनिया के सुपरहीरो हरकत में आ जाते हैं।

परमाणु इन मशीनी टिड्डियों को रोकने की कोशिश में जुट जाता है, वहीं नागराज ज़मीन के नीचे फैले केबल नेटवर्क की सुरक्षा में लग जाता है। उसे ‘जावा’ (Java) नाम के एक डिजिटल और चुंबकीय वायरस से लड़ना पड़ता है। जावा कोई आम दुश्मन नहीं है, बल्कि ऐसा खतरनाक वायरस है जो कंप्यूटर प्रोग्रामिंग के ज़रिये जीवित कोशिकाओं (Living Cells) को भी अपने काबू में कर सकता है।

मंगल ग्रह का रहस्य

कहानी में असली ट्विस्ट तब आता है जब यह खुलासा होता है कि कुछ मंगलवासी (Martians) सैकड़ों सालों से पृथ्वी पर इंसानों का भेष धरकर रह रहे हैं। डॉ. गद्रे और हरिहर जैसे किरदारों के ज़रिये एक गहरी और डरावनी साज़िश सामने आती है। इन मंगलवासियों का मकसद पृथ्वी पर कब्ज़ा करना है, क्योंकि उनका अपना ग्रह एक भयानक महामारी—‘सर्वशक्तिमान’—की वजह से पूरी तरह तबाह हो चुका है।

आख़िरकार हालात ऐसे बन जाते हैं कि सभी सुपरहीरो को एक साथ आकर इस महाविनाशकारी खतरे का सामना करना पड़ता है। ध्रुव की सटीक रणनीति, नागराज की जबरदस्त ताकत, परमाणु की ऊर्जा और डोगा का बेखौफ साहस—सब मिलकर एक टीम की तरह काम करते हैं, ताकि पृथ्वी को इस विनाशकारी संक्रमण और सर्वशक्तिमान के आतंक से बचाया जा सके।

पात्रों का चित्रण (Character Analysis):

Itihas is one of the main villains of Parmanu Comics. He can easily be placed in the top ten because after Principal, Itihas is the villain who destroyed Parmanu’s life and set out to loot Delhiites and leave them bankrupt.

Actually, Itihas possesses the magical power to bring any historical object back to life. However, how he gained this power has never been revealed in the comics. Nor has it ever been explained how he became a criminal. In the comic Hukumat, it is only revealed that his real name is Mahendra Singh, and that he has a twin brother named Surendra Singh. Mahendra Singh, a.k.a. Itihas, also has a daughter – Ghazal.

But Itihas is unaware of this, because when he steps into the world of crime, his wife is pregnant. A few days later, while giving birth to their daughter, his wife dies. After this, Surendra Singh raises the child as his own daughter, never letting Itihas know, so that the shadow of crime doesn’t fall on her. However, when Parmanu gets trapped in Itihas’s web and comes close to death, Surendra Singh is forced to reveal the truth about his daughter to Itihas – and also that she is alive only because of Parmanu. On learning this, Itihas spares Parmanu’s life.

Itihas is cruel, and his name tops the list of those who escaped from Kala Pani jail. Many times, using his powers, he has given Parmanu tough challenges. At one point, he even sent Parmanu into the past. Below are some notable comics of Itihas and his clashes with Parmanu.

The responsibility to stop him is given to Parmanu, i.e., Inspector Vinay. But in front of his eyes, Itihas continues to murder people, and he can do nothing. Later, when he transforms into Parmanu and chases him, Itihas even pastes Parmanu’s obituary posters all over the city.

Zorro

A new superhero has arrived in the city – Zorro. The same legendary hero from British tales, who used to rob the rich and give to the poor. But centuries later, someone suddenly becoming Zorro in Delhi was shocking.
Soon, after sending criminals to jail, he won the trust of the people of Delhi. Even Parmanu was deceived and took off his costume, believing that now Zorro was the city’s protector. But the question remains – was Zorro really a superhero, or just a conspiracy to drive Parmanu away from Delhi?

Uamr Kaid (Prison of Talisman)

Suddenly, Itihas wishes to repent for his crimes. He wants to fall at Parmanu’s feet and seek forgiveness. Hearing this, Parmanu is shocked. When he meets him and sees tears in Itihas’s eyes, he is taken aback.
But it was all a trap. While reading books in Kala Pani jail, Itihas found an ancient text that spoke of a talisman hidden in the jail itself. Deceitfully, Itihas traps Parmanu inside that talisman and establishes his rule over Kala Pani jail.

Phir Aaya Itihas (Itihas Returns)

Once again, Itihas escapes from jail. But this time, someone has freed him – and that person is Bhairav.
His goal is to release a power that has been buried underground for thousands of years. Its name is Ankusha, which has the ability to control everything in existence.
Even Shakti, in front of Itihas’s power, becomes his slave, and Bhairav uses her against Parmanu.

Hukumat

Historical objects in the city start coming to life. Each time, Parmanu suspects Itihas. But he is imprisoned in Kala Pani jail. Parmanu even checks multiple times to confirm this. Then who is the one with the same powers as Itihas?

When Parmanu comes to stop him, Itihas uses a Kaal Darpan (Mirror of Time) to send him into the past, where he is destined to face a mighty warrior.

Kaal Yatra (Time Journey)

Kaal Yatra is the second part of the Kaal Darpan comic. In this, Itihas sends Parmanu into the past, where Parmanu comes face-to-face with Bhokal.

Trapped in the past, Parmanu meets Bhokal’s greatest enemy, Gunik. With his cunning words, Gunik manipulates Parmanu and turns him against Bhokal. And then, standing against each other are two warriors – one from the past and one from the future.

Who won and who lost? That, you’ll only find out after reading the comic. But one thing is certain – thanks to Itihas, we get to witness an epic clash between two superheroes in Kaal Yatra.

दरअसल, इतिहास के हाथों में वह जादू है कि वह किसी भी ऐतिहासिक चीज़ को ज़िंदा कर सकता है। हालांकि, उसे शक्ति कैसे मिली, इस बात का ज़िक्र किसी कॉमिक्स में नहीं है। यहाँ तक कि वह अपराधी कैसे बना, इसका भी खुलासा नहीं हुआ। ‘हुकूमत’ कॉमिक्स में बस इतना पता चलता है कि उसका असली नाम महेंद्र सिंह है और उसका एक जुड़वाँ भाई भी है जिसका नाम सुरेंद्र सिंह है। इतिहास यानी महेंद्र सिंह की एक बेटी भी है – ग़ज़ल।

लेकिन इतिहास को यह पता नहीं होता, क्योंकि जब वह अपराध की दुनिया में कदम रखता है, तब उसकी पत्नी गर्भवती होती है। कुछ दिनों बाद बेटी को जन्म देते समय उसकी पत्नी की मौत हो जाती है। इसके बाद सुरेंद्र सिंह उस बच्ची को अपनी बेटी बनाकर पालता है और इतिहास को इसकी भनक तक नहीं लगने देता, ताकि उसकी बच्ची पर अपराध का साया न पड़े। किंतु जब इतिहास के जाल में फँसकर परमाणु मौत के करीब पहुँच जाता है, तब सुरेंद्र सिंह को मजबूरन इतिहास को उसकी बेटी की सच्चाई बतानी पड़ती है। साथ ही यह भी कि परमाणु की वजह से ही उसकी बेटी ज़िंदा है। यह जानकर इतिहास परमाणु को छोड़ देता है।

इतिहास क्रूर है और कालापानी जेल से भागने वालों में उसका नाम सबसे ऊपर आता है। उसने कई बार अपनी शक्तियों के बल पर परमाणु को कड़ी टक्कर दी है। यहाँ तक कि उसने एक बार परमाणु को भूतकाल में भी भेज दिया था। नीचे हम इतिहास और परमाणु से जुड़ी उसकी कुछ खास कॉमिक्स के बारे में बता रहे हैं।

इतिहास

इतिहास जिसे जिंदा इंसानों को मारकर उन्हें इतिहास बनाने में मज़ा आता है। इस बार वह दिल्ली की महान हस्तियों को मारकर उनकी कुछ खास चीज़ें अपने पास रख लेता है। और ऐसा करने से पहले वह उनका शोक संदेश वाला पोस्टर शहर की हर दीवार पर चिपका देता है।
उसे रोकने की जिम्मेदारी दी जाती है परमाणु यानी इंस्पेक्टर विनय को। लेकिन इतिहास उसके सामने लोगों की हत्या करता रहता है और वह कुछ नहीं कर पाता। फिर परमाणु बनकर वह इतिहास का पीछा करता है, लेकिन इतिहास उसका भी शोक संदेश वाला पोस्टर शहर में लगवा देता है।

ज़ोरो

शहर में एक नया सुपरहीरो आया है – ज़ोरो। ब्रिटिश किवदंती का वही हीरो, जो अमीरों को लूटकर गरीबों में बाँट देता था। लेकिन सैकड़ों साल बाद अचानक दिल्ली में किसी का ज़ोरो बनना चौंकाने वाला था।
जल्द ही अपराधियों को जेल पहुँचाकर उसने दिल्लीवालों का भरोसा जीत लिया। यहाँ तक कि परमाणु भी उसके झांसे में आ गया और उसने अपना कॉस्ट्यूम उतार दिया, क्योंकि उसकी नज़र में अब ज़ोरो ही दिल्ली का रखवाला था। लेकिन सवाल ये है – क्या सच में ज़ोरो सुपरहीरो था या सिर्फ परमाणु को दिल्ली से दूर रखने की साज़िश?

उम्र क़ैद

इतिहास अचानक अपने गुनाहों का पश्चाताप करना चाहता है। वह परमाणु के चरणों में गिरकर माफी माँगना चाहता है। यह सुनकर परमाणु भी हैरान था। जब वह इतिहास से मिलता है, तो उसकी आँखों में आँसू देखकर चौंक जाता है।
लेकिन यह सब एक चाल थी। कालापानी जेल में किताबें पढ़ते समय इतिहास के हाथ लगती है सदियों पुरानी एक किताब, जिसमें एक तिलिस्म का जिक्र है जो उसी जेल में मौजूद है। इतिहास धोखे से परमाणु को उसी तिलिस्म में कैद कर देता है और काला पानी जेल पर अपना राज कायम कर लेता है।

फिर आया इतिहास

एक बार फिर इतिहास जेल से फरार हुआ है। लेकिन इस बार किसी ने उसे आज़ाद करवाया है – और वह है भैरव।
उसका मकसद है उस शक्ति को आज़ाद करना जो हज़ारों साल से ज़मीन के नीचे कैद है। उसका नाम है अंकुशा, जिसमें संसार की हर वस्तु पर अंकुश करने की क्षमता है।
इतिहास की ताकत के आगे शक्ति भी उसकी गुलाम बन जाती है और भैरव उसका इस्तेमाल परमाणु के खिलाफ करता है।

हुकूमत

शहर में ऐतिहासिक चीजें ज़िंदा हो रही हैं। परमाणु को हर बार शक होता है इतिहास पर। लेकिन वह तो कालापानी जेल में कैद है। परमाणु कई बार जाकर इसकी पुष्टि भी कर चुका है। तो फिर वह कौन है जिसके पास इतिहास जैसी ही शक्ति है?

काल दर्पण

एक बार फिर परमाणु का सामना इतिहास से होता है। लेकिन इस बार इतिहास अकेला नहीं है। उसने अपनी शक्ति से गेम के कैरेक्टर्स को ज़िंदा कर दिया है, जो शहर में लूटपाट मचा रहे हैं।
जब परमाणु उसे रोकने आता है, तो इतिहास एक काल दर्पण की मदद से उसे भूतकाल में भेज देता है, जहाँ उसका सामना एक दिग्गज महारथी से होना तय है।

काल यात्रा

काल यात्रा, काल दर्पण कॉमिक्स का दूसरा भाग है। इसमें इतिहास परमाणु को भूतकाल में भेज देता है, जहाँ परमाणु की टक्कर होती है भोकाल से।

भूतकाल में फँसा परमाणु, भोकाल के सबसे बड़े शत्रु गुणीक से मिलता है। गुणीक अपनी बातों में उलझाकर परमाणु को भोकाल के खिलाफ कर देता है, और फिर आमने-सामने आ जाते हैं – भूतकाल और भविष्य के दो योद्धा।

कौन जीता और कौन हारा, यह तो आपको कॉमिक्स पढ़ने के बाद ही पता चलेगा। लेकिन एक बात तय है – इतिहास की वजह से हमें दो सुपरहीरोज़ की ज़बरदस्त लड़ाई देखने को मिलती है, वो भी काल यात्रा में।

प्रिंसिपल तेज़ दिमाग़ वाला शख्स है, किंतु अपना दिमाग़ वो अपराध करने में लगाता है। क्राइम कॉलेज कॉमिक्स के शुरुआती पन्नों में ये दिखाया गया है कि अपराधियों को पुलिस से कैसे बचना है और अगर परमाणु आ जाए तो उससे कैसे निपटना है। इसका मतलब साफ है कि उसे परमाणु से भिड़ने का खतरा पता है, किंतु उसे इतना विश्वास है कि वो परमाणु को भी मात दे सकता है। यही उसकी हिम्मत को दर्शाता है।

प्रिंसिपल के विषय में या उसकी जिंदगी के अंदरूनी हिस्से को लेखक ने कभी नहीं छुआ। ये तक नहीं बताया कि वो अपराधी कैसे बना। बस उसे बाकी अपराधियों की ही तरह सुपरहीरो के सामने लड़ने के लिए भेज दिया गया।

प्रिंसिपल परमाणु कॉमिक्स के बाकी विलेन से अलग है, क्योंकि वो जब भी आया है तो एक बेहतरीन और खूनी योजना के साथ। उसकी एक और खासियत है – वो सिर्फ परमाणु को खत्म ही नहीं करना चाहता, बल्कि पैसा भी कमाना चाहता है। अगर कहें कि पैसा कमाना ही उसका मुख्य मकसद है, और अगर परमाणु मर गया तो डबल जैकपॉट।

शायद यही वजह थी कि पाकिस्तान जिंदाबाद कॉमिक्स में जब पाकिस्तान का आतंकवादी खमीरा खान सुपरविलेन काल पहेलिया, भांजा, मैकेनिक, मास्टर जोकर, एनवायरो, वंडर वुमन तथा प्रिंसिपल को साथ लेकर सभी सुपरहीरो – डोगा, परमाणु, इंस्पेक्टर स्टील, शक्ति, एंथोनी तथा तिरंगा – को बरमूडा ट्रायंगल में कैद कर देता है और हिंदुस्तान को बर्बाद करने की धमकी देता है, तो इन सभी विलेन का खून खौल उठता है और वे मिलकर खमीरा खान को खत्म करने निकल पड़ते हैं। किंतु प्रिंसिपल यहाँ भी पैसों के लिए इन सभी विलेन को खमीरा खान के हाथों कैद करवा देता है।
वो पैसों के लिए अपने देश से गद्दारी करने से भी पीछे नहीं हटता।

यही चीज़ प्रिंसिपल को बाकी विलेन से जुदा करती है। परमाणु के साथ उसकी भिड़ंत के कई कॉमिक्स उसकी चालाकी और क्रूरता को उजागर करते हैं। क्राइम कॉलेज के बारे में तो आप जान ही चुके हैं, अब बाकी कॉमिक्स पर नज़र डालिए।

काला अक्षर भैंस बराबर

दिल्ली शहर में अचानक से सभी निरक्षर यानी अनपढ़ होने लगते हैं। यहाँ तक कि बड़े-बड़े डॉक्टर, बैंक कर्मचारी और एम.ए. पास छात्र भी। और इसकी वजह से होने लगते हैं कई हादसे।

इसका रहस्य जानने निकलता है परमाणु, किंतु वो भी अपने दुश्मन के जाल में फँसकर अनपढ़ बन जाता है। मगर अपने दिमाग़ की मदद से असली दुश्मन को ढूँढ निकालता है – और वो और कोई नहीं बल्कि प्रिंसिपल था।

इस कॉमिक्स से पता चलता है कि पढ़ाई कितनी आवश्यक है। जैसे एक जगह खतरे का बोर्ड न पढ़ पाने के कारण बस चालक सभी को मौत के मुँह में ले जाता है। और एक औरत अपनी सास को दवा की जगह नींद की गोली दे देती है क्योंकि वो दवा का नाम नहीं पढ़ पाई।
ये कॉमिक्स हमें मनोरंजन के साथ-साथ ज्ञान भी देती है।

लिम्पट बम

प्रिंसिपल लौटा है एक नई और खतरनाक योजना के साथ। इस बार उसका मकसद सिर्फ पैसा लूटना ही नहीं, बल्कि परमाणु को बदनाम करना भी है।

उसके आदेश पर अपराधी दिल्ली में अपराध करते हैं। और जब परमाणु उन्हें पकड़ता है तो उनमें से एक अपराधी उसे संदेश देता है – कहीं प्लेन में, कहीं स्कूल में या रेलवे पुल पर बम लगा है, जो थोड़ी देर में फटने वाला है।

ये सुनकर परमाणु अपराधियों को छोड़कर सैकड़ों ज़िंदगियाँ बचाने चला जाता है। उसके जाते ही अपराधी भाग निकलते हैं और इस तरह परमाणु लोगों की नज़रों में भगोड़ा साबित हो जाता है।

जयकारा परमाणु का

धरती पर कोई भी प्राणी चाहे कितना ही ताकतवर क्यों न हो, भगवान के आगे उसकी ताकत बौनी है। इंसान ने हमेशा ईश्वर की अदृश्य ताकत को माना है और उसकी जय-जयकार की है।

इंसानों का मानना है कि जब भी उन पर संकट आएगा, भगवान धरती पर अवतरित होकर उन्हें बचाएँगे। यही विचार जयकारा परमाणु का कॉमिक्स में दिखाया गया है।

इसमें बताया गया है कि अपराधी धर्म की आड़ लेकर कैसे मासूम इंसानों की भावनाओं से खिलवाड़ करते हैं। और इस बार भी प्रिंसिपल अपनी नई चाल के साथ वापस आया है। उसने लोगों के मन में भ्रम फैला दिया कि परमाणु भगवान का अवतार है।

अब जब भी परमाणु अपराधियों को पकड़ने जाता है तो लोग उसे भगवान समझकर उसके चरणों से लिपट जाते हैं। मजबूरन परमाणु को वहाँ से जाना पड़ता है।

वोट फॉर परमाणु

लगता है प्रिंसिपल ने परमाणु का पीछा न छोड़ने की कसम खा रखी है। हर बार पिटता है, किंतु फिर नए बखेड़े के साथ लौट आता है।

जैसे जयकारा परमाणु का कॉमिक्स में उसने लोगों को परमाणु को भगवान मानने पर मजबूर कर दिया था, वैसे ही इस बार उसने परमाणु को चुनाव लड़ने के जाल में फँसा दिया।

परमाणु पागल है

परमाणु को अचानक अजीबोगरीब चीज़ें दिखने लगती हैं। वो जो भी लोगों की भलाई के लिए करता है, उल्टा हो जाता है। कई बार लाखों लोगों की जान खतरे में पड़ जाती है।

शीना, कृपा और ममता भी उसके इस रवैये को देखकर हैरान हो जाती हैं। जब हालत हद से ज़्यादा बिगड़ जाती है तो अंततः परमाणु को भेज दिया जाता है पागलखाने।

उसे नहीं पता कि इन सबके पीछे अपराध जगत का हेडमास्टर यानी प्रिंसिपल का दिमाग है।

परमाणु रिटर्न

प्रिंसिपल इस बार वंडर डिवाइस की मदद से परमाणु को कोमा में पहुँचा देता है।

वंडर डिवाइस की खासियत है कि वो इंसानों की दबाई हुई इच्छाओं को बाहर निकाल देता है। परमाणु की छुपी इच्छा थी – शीना से शादी करना।

वो पुलिस की नौकरी छोड़कर शीना से शादी कर लेता है, किंतु जल्द ही उसे पता चलता है कि ये सब एक चाल थी।

Naturally, you’d be shocked to hear something like this — because this is the statement of a criminal who calls himself Principal, and whose job is to train other criminals. That’s exactly why he has opened Crime College.

Principal was first introduced to readers in the comic Crime College, which features Wonderman Parmanu as the superhero.
Principal is a man with a sharp mind, but sadly, he uses that intelligence for crime. Right from the opening pages of Crime College, we see how he’s training criminals—how to evade the police, and more importantly, how to deal with Parmanu if he shows up. This clearly means he is aware of the threat Parmanu poses, yet he’s so confident in himself that he believes he can outsmart even Parmanu. This reflects the boldness and fearlessness in his character.

Surprisingly, the writer never delves into Principal’s backstory—how he became a criminal or what led him down this path. He is simply shown as another villain tossed into the ring against a superhero.

That said, most of Parmanu’s other villains usually get at least a small glimpse of their past or some explanation about their origins. But Principal is an exception.

What makes Principal different from other villains in Parmanu’s comics is that he always comes prepared with a deadly, well-thought-out plan.
But there’s one more thing that truly sets him apart—he doesn’t just want to defeat Parmanu, he wants to make money while doing it. In fact, you could say making money is his real motive, and if Parmanu dies in the process, that’s a double jackpot.

And perhaps that’s exactly why, in the comic Pakistan Zindabad, when Pakistani terrorist Khameera Khan teams up with supervillains like Kaal Paheliya, Bhanja, Mechanic, Master Joker, Enviro, Wonder Woman, and Principal—he captures all the superheroes—Doga, Parmanu, Inspector Steel, Shakti, Anthony, and Tiranga—and imprisons them in the Bermuda Triangle, threatening to destroy India.
At that moment, the blood of all these villains boils, and they decide to unite against Khameera Khan. But even here, Principal betrays them all—for money. He gets all the villains captured by Khameera Khan just to earn some profit. He doesn’t even hesitate to betray his own country for money.

And this is what sets Principal apart from all other villains.

And due to this many accidents start happening and Parmanu sets out to find the reason for this but he too gets trapped in the trap of his enemy and becomes illiterate but with the help of his mind he finds out the real enemy who was none other than the principal.

In the Kala Akshar Bhains Barabar comics we come to know how important education is like at one place the bus driver started taking everyone to death because he could not read the danger board even after seeing it and a woman gives sleeping pills to her mother-in-law instead of medicine because she could not read that medicine. The principal has returned with a new and dangerous plan and this time his aim is not only to loot money but also to defame Parmanu. On his orders, all the criminals commit crimes in Delhi and when Parmanu catches them, one of them gives him a message that there is a bomb planted somewhere in a plane, school or railway bridge which is going to explode in some time. Hearing this, he leaves those criminals and goes to save hundreds of lives. As soon as he leaves, the criminals start running away from there. In this way, Parmanu is proved to be a fugitive in the eyes of the people.

Jaikara Parmanu Ka

No matter how powerful any creature is on earth, its power is very small in front of God. Humans have also accepted the invisible power of God and have hailed him.

Humans believe that whenever any crisis comes upon them, God will descend on earth to remove their crisis.

These words are from the comic ‘Jaikara Parmanu Ka’. In this comic, we are told how criminals can play with the emotions of innocent people in the guise of religion, which is really very scary.

Nashketu

It is an unchangeable law of nature that everything is perishable—whether living or non-living. Some things decay in just a couple of days, while others take thousands of years. For example, a living being may decompose in three to five days, while iron takes years to rust away.

But what if this entire process could be fast-forwarded and completed in just a few seconds by a single human? That one person is Nashketu.

This is a line from the Nashketu comic, where this time Shakti joins forces with Parmanu. And their enemy—or rather, arch-enemy—is none other than Shani, i.e., Nashketu.

Nashketu possesses a terrifying power: the ability to rot or decay any object or living being simply by touching it. He received this power after being struck directly by a celestial lightning bolt, which altered him forever.

In the beginning, Nashketu is shown as a frightened and confused individual. But when he comes into contact with a fake saint named Mahaketu, he becomes aware of the true extent of his powers. From that point on, he begins walking the path of evil.

Even Parmanu and Shakti, who arrive to stop him, find themselves struggling against his destructive abilities.

Angar

Angora was a simple coal mine worker, living a peaceful and happy life with his family. But that peace was shattered the day his colleague Lara got trapped inside a blazing mine in a malfunctioning fireproof capsule.

To save Lara, Angora was offered ₹5 lakhs by his senior—on the condition that he would enter the burning mine using another capsule and rescue Lara. Hoping to rid his family of poverty, Angora agreed.

He went deep into the fiery mine, rescued Lara by placing him into a working fireproof capsule, and when he tried to get in himself, he was betrayed. The capsule shot upward, leaving him behind.

Angora screamed, begged for help, cried out—but no one listened. With no other option, he hid inside the damaged capsule and waited for death. But death never came.

The gases from the coal and the chemicals being continuously sprayed to douse the fire interacted with his body in mysterious ways. Fate and nature transformed an ordinary man into Angar—a man of fire and fury.

Escaping from the mine was no longer a challenge for him.

When he came out, he discovered that his family had received nothing—not a single rupee. Poverty and hunger had claimed their lives.

Burning with revenge, he set out in search of Lara and reached Delhi—where he eventually had a fierce encounter with Parmanu and Pralayanka.

Gunakar

Professor Richmond was conducting an experiment to study the effects of nuclear radiation on the human body. To do this, he deceitfully tricked his own two assistants into entering the chamber where the experiment was about to begin. However, when Richmond tried to shut the door from the outside, it wouldn’t close. Curious, he stepped inside the chamber to check—but the moment he did, the door automatically sealed shut, trapping him along with his assistants.

The experiment began, and Richmond’s body was bathed in the intense glow of radiation. When he regained consciousness, his body was scorched and severely damaged—but along with that, he had gained a terrifying new power.

Now, whenever his body came in contact with an electric current, he could create multiple clones of himself.

Gunakar and Parmanu faced each other for the first time in the Gunakar comic. Parmanu quickly figured out Gunakar’s weakness—electricity itself. If he was kept away from any electrical source, he would be unable to create clones and would remain just a normal human being.

So, Parmanu targeted the battery attached to Gunakar’s back—the very source of power that allowed him to multiply himself—and destroyed it. Gunakar was left helpless and had no choice but to flee.

Just as Parmanu was about to capture him, a mysterious net-like force appeared out of nowhere and whisked Gunakar away. The whole event remained a mystery for Parmanu—just like the sudden disappearances of Hyena and Phandebaaz, who had also vanished right before his eyes under equally mysterious circumstances.

Itihaas

Some people make history, some write it… but some go as far as to call themselves history—like this man, one of the deadliest villains in Parmanu comics.

Itihaas is actually a man named Mahendra Singh. His unique power lies in resurrecting historical objects and warriors—bringing them back to life. How he acquired this ability remains a mystery to this day.

In the comic Hukumat, we learn that he has a twin brother named Surendra Singh and a daughter named Ghazal, born before he turned to a life of crime. However, Itihaas never learns about his daughter’s existence, as after the death of his wife, it is his brother who raises the child.

Itihaas attempted to loot and devastate Delhi, and pushed Parmanu to the brink of death multiple times. On one occasion, he even threw Parmanu back into the past.

But when he discovers that Parmanu had once saved his daughter’s life, he lets him go.

Itihaas is not just intelligent and powerful—he is counted among Parmanu’s most dangerous enemies.

Ratan Daga

Ratan Daga is one of Parmanu‘s most cunning enemies—one who knows that Inspector Vinay is actually Parmanu, yet has never revealed this secret to anyone. Why? That remains a mystery.

For Ratan Daga, wealth is his only god, and for money, he sees no distinction between right or wrong. He has dabbled in nearly every illegal activity imaginable.

In pursuit of wealth, he even aligned himself with Professor Kamal Kumar—after discovering that he was the mind behind creating super-powered beings like Parmanu and Pralayanka. Observing the professor’s capabilities gave Ratan the idea to make billions by creating his own army of superheroes.

But Ratan neither had the knowledge nor the means. So, he tried to lure Professor Kamal Kumar with the promise of unimaginable wealth. However, this turned out to be his first big mistake—the professor insulted him and threw him out of the lab.

Burning with humiliation and revenge, Ratan vowed to enslave the professor, force him to his knees, and make him create superheroes who would obey Ratan’s every command.

He tried hundreds of ways to kidnap the professor—hiring supervillains, even manipulating the professor’s wife into an affair to blackmail him. But each time, Parmanu foiled his plans.

In the process, Ratan discovered that Inspector Vinay is Parmanu, and that the professor’s secret lab was hidden beneath his own house from where he monitored all of Delhi.

But this information was of no use to Ratan. In a foolish attempt to trap Vinay, he ended up killing the professor’s wife—his own lover. This enraged Vinay, who went mad with grief and began hunting down his aunt’s killer.

Eventually, Parmanu gathered enough evidence and had Ratan Daga thrown into jail.

Their first encounter happens in the comic Kaanch Ka Parmanu, where Ratan tries to abduct Professor Kamal Kumar through Mr. Rasayan and sends the professor’s wife as a spy to find the lab—but Parmanu ruins his plan.

Ratan doesn’t give up. He returns in Chalti Phirti Maut and Parmanu Ki Maut, teaming up with villains like Blaster and Topilal. But again, Parmanu not only defeats him, but also sends him to jail for the murder of his aunt.

Ratan Daga comes back once more in Vigyan Mera Ghulam, where he funds a criminal organization named CNN and hires Mechanic, a supervillain, to break him out of jail. Although Parmanu causes some obstacles, Ratan’s new ally Nutano handles the situation.

After escaping prison, he again sets his sights on Professor Kamal Kumar and tries to raid the old lab. However, he’s unaware that during his time in jail, a conflict between Dr. Virus and Dr. Danger had already set off major changes—you’ll need to read Soorma to know more.

Still unrelenting, Ratan abducts Anees, a friend of Inspector Steel who was arriving in Delhi to help the professor. This forces Parmanu to surrender the professor to save Anees.

In Vigyan Mera Ghulam, Ratan Daga takes on both Parmanu and Inspector Steel—and nearly wins, using nothing but his brilliant mind. At one point, he even manages to turn Steel against Parmanu!

But in the end, Parmanu defeats him once again, sending him back to prison. After that, Ratan Daga hasn’t appeared in any further comics.

Tirchhi Topi

Tirchhi Topi – another unusual enemy of Parmanu, whose unique power lies in his hats. But these aren’t just fashion statements — he turns them into deadly weapons. One hat shoots lasers, another sprays acid, while yet another hides a cyanide-tipped needle. Every hat is a trap.

Tirchhi Topi made his first appearance in the Raj Comics title “Tirchhi Topi”, named directly after him. He also returned in another comic called “Tirchhi Chaal”, which gave readers a glimpse into his tragic past — and how he was shaped into a criminal.

His childhood was marked by poverty and pain. He lost his father at an early age and never received the love of a mother, because his mother used to stitch hats for a famous magician named Datya Tope. This magician used those hats in his stage shows and also wanted to marry her. When she refused, he started torturing Tirchhi Topi — both physically and mentally. This constant abuse during childhood eventually pushed him toward a life of crime.

He wasn’t alone. His brother Pagger joined him in his criminal pursuits. They first came under Parmanu’s radar when, during a magic show at a high-profile party in Delhi, they kidnapped a girl and demanded jewels worth crores in ransom. Naturally, this was Parmanu’s city, and stopping the crime became his mission — which he succeeded in.

In the end, when cornered, Tirchhi Topi was even forced to kill his own brother to escape.
A villain shaped by trauma, clever with tricks, and twisted by fate — Tirchhi Topi remains one of the most tragic and eccentric foes in Parmanu’s rogue gallery.

Buddhipalat

In the outskirts of Delhi lies a village called Kanjhawla. Out of nowhere, a 6-year-old boy becomes the talk of every newspaper — his name is Brenu. He looks like any other ordinary child, but with his gaze, he can bend spoons and knives… place his hand on the sick, and they’re healed. People begin to call him “Buddhipalat” — the miracle boy who can move objects with his mind.

But things take a dark turn when the zamindar’s son drowns, and suspicion falls on Brenu. In blind rage, the zamindar brutally whips him, and in the chaos, Brenu’s mother dies. Locked in a cage, starving and left for dead, the boy is abandoned… until a ruthless thief rescues him that very night.

That night changed everything. The trauma of losing his mother and the unexpected kindness of a thief transformed Brenu into a mastermind of psychological crime. His goal? Steal for his cruel uncle, who had no affection for him — only greed.

At the beginning of King Comics, readers praised it a lot. However, it failed to elevate its popularity level like its collaborative organization, Raj Comics, and there were several reasons for this, such as the story that created confusion when seen. For example, the story of Abhedya belonged to a different era because some characters seemed old while others seemed contemporary, making it difficult for readers to connect with it. As a result, its popularity declined, and eventually, the decision was made to shut it down. A plan was made to merge some of its characters into Raj Comics, but no character seemed suitable other than Gamraj. And the decision was right because Gamraj played his role excellently. King Comics, which started in 1993-94, came to an end by the year 2000.

Abhedya

The first comic of Abhedya was titled “Shadyantra.” In this comic, to rectify his extremely deformed hands, he participates in a fighter ring against a sumo wrestler. Blind Death

One day, he was kidnapped by some people, and soon he discovered that he was in a crime school. In this school, young children were trained to become skilled mercenaries and killers.

Liza

Liza was Professor Bhaskar’s daughter. Professor Bhaskar, along with his assistant Prakash, was working on neutralizing the radiation spread after the explosion of a nuclear bomb. It was during their experiment that the professional assassin Ranga arrived. He killed both Professor Bhaskar and Prakash in the middle of the experiment.

Vakra

Vakr spent his childhood in the slums of Rajnagar, where he worked in Dadoo’s bicycle repair shop, specifically making puncture repairs. Dadoo, his stern and cruel boss, would often beat Vakr over minor matters. However, amidst all this, Vakr held onto a single dream.

The revelation of Pralayanka’s backstory unfolds in the pages of the Angaar comics, providing readers with a deeper understanding of Mamta’s journey. Her story begins at Delhi’s Hindu College, where Mamta and her friend Rama embark on a shared expedition to Mount Everest through the NCC. However, their lives take a dark turn when the nefarious Killer Army plants drugs in Mamta’s bag, leading to Rama’s tragic demise.

Unveiling the truth, Mamta confronts Rama’s killers and discovers her latent explosive powers. Recognizing the threat posed by the Killer Army, she resolves to avenge her friend’s death. Seeking assistance from Professor, Mamta undergoes a transformative process, emerging as Pralayanka. Equipped with a special mask that alters her appearance and identity, she assumes the guise of a journalist by day, responding to Professor’s calls as Pralayanka whenever duty calls.

However, one day, due to his mental powers, when the landlord’s son drowned in water, Brenu faced punishment. The landlord continued to beat him with a whip until he lost consciousness. In this incident, Brenu’s mother also died, and Brenu was locked in a wooden cage, left hungry and thirsty to die. However, that same night, a thief named Khunkhar, whose name means ruthless, escaped with him.

The death of Brenu’s mother and Khunkhar’s kindness turned him into a mastermind. His sole purpose was to steal money for his ruthless uncle. Anyone who came in between him and his goal was trapped in his mental web and forced to commit suicide.

To the extent that he almost forced even a nuclear scientist to commit suicide several times. Buddhhipalat, one of the villains of Parmanu, had clashed with him in the Buddhhipalat comics. He trapped Parmanu in his web and left. Later, he returned in Takkar comics, where he forced superheroes into his mental trap and compelled them to confront Parmanu. Among all of Parmanu’s enemies, Buddhhipalat is the youngest and most dangerous in age because he never needs any weapons; he is a weapon himself. Sometimes even Parmanu is unaware of him, and he gets the job done by trapping him in his mental web.

Only two comics of Buddhhipalat have been released.

Buddhhipalat

The comic begins with an attempt by Parmanu to commit suicide, where he is grappling with the guilt of allegedly murdering his Professor uncle. In despair, he throws his belt and jumps off the Qutub Minar. However, at the nick of time, Pralyanka intervenes and saves him, revealing the truth that his uncle is alive. When the truth unfolds, not only is Parmanu shocked but also all the readers of the comic, as they realize that someone had manipulated Parmanu’s mind to drive him to suicide. The perpetrator turns out to be a fifteen-year-old boy named Buddhhipalat.

Through the comic, we learn about the bitter life of Buddhhipalat, how he gained powers, lost his mother, and was rescued by a thief he refers to as Kukhankar Chacha. Now, his sole aim is to please his uncle by using his mental powers to rob banks.

Buddhhipalat is portrayed ruthlessly in the comic, eliminating anyone who comes in his way of committing crimes, even those who trusted him. However, in the end, Parmanu reaches him, but Buddhhipalat manages to escape.

Takkar

In the “Takkar Comics,” Buddhhipalat makes a comeback, and the comic features a showdown between the two superheroes of Raj Comics, Dakhmaandharak Yoddha and Wonderman Parmanu. It becomes evident that both of them are being manipulated by Buddhhipalat, who has a master plan.

As the comic begins, when Parmanu is seen committing a crime, all the readers immediately suspect Buddhhipalat’s return. However, Pralayanka once again manages to save Parmanu, foiling Buddhhipalat’s plan, which involved an operation to obtain a bomb. However, luck favors Budhwipalt, and he encounters a warrior who disrupts his plan. Buddhhipalat, using his powers, manipulates even the mind of the innocent child to make him fight like a warrior, making him clash with Parmanu.

A new villain is introduced in the story, a servant of the old enemy Kaaldev, who hides in the shadows and manipulates Yoddha’s mind with dark particles. This may be the reason why Buddhhipalat had taken control of his mind. The narrative seems intentionally intricate, perhaps to address the question in readers’ minds about how a powerful deity like Yoddha could be enslaved by a mere human.
