Raj Comics megastar Nagraj has a long list of enemies in the world, showing a unique combination of science and systems. Professor Nagmani is the ‘creator’ and biggest mental enemy of Nagraj, who developed him as a weapon. At the same time, villains like Miss Killer and Supreme Head challenge Nagraj on the basis of modern technology, high-tech gadgets, and international crime syndicates.
Talking about tantric and mythological powers, Nagina, Nagpasha, Vishandhar, and Garlagant are prominent. Nagina wants to erase the existence of Nagraj with his tantric knowledge, while Nagpasha wants to erase the existence of Nagraj with his immortality and deceit. Enemies such as Shakura and Tuten-Khamen create confusion through magic and ancient mysteries.
Thodanga and Nagadanta (clone/counterpoint of Nagraj) have proven to be the deadliest in physical strength. Also, villains like Zulu, Karanvashi, and See-Thru attack Nagraj’s willful powers through mental control and scientific experiments. All these villains together keep testing Nagraj’s bravery and intelligence from time to time.
Today we have brought a list of the 20 main villains of Nagraj; who among them is your favorite? Please tell us in the comments.
Professor Nag Mani

Nag Mani found Nagraj in an old temple as an abandoned child. Seeing the extremely dangerous poison present inside that child, Nag Mani decided to raise him, but not like a father, rather like an experiment. For 20 years, he put microscopic serpent particles (Microscopic Serpents) and the poison of thousands of snakes into Nagraj’s body. Ultimately, he put a control chip in Nagraj’s mind and sold him to terrorists.
Although Baba Gorakhnath freed Nagraj, Nag Mani did not give up. He prepared enemies like ‘Feng’ and ‘Nagdant’ using Nagraj’s DNA. He is a very cunning mind who returns even after defeating death in stories like ‘Wishful Nagraj’ and ‘Nagina Ka Jal’. His cruelty can be gauged from the fact that he made a mixture of four dangerous poisons to paralyze Nagraj and joined hands with criminals like ‘King Cobra’.
Nag Mani is not only a scientist but also an expert in the science of controlling snakes. New secrets of his character are revealed in the series “Narkashak Nagraj”. At last, trapped in his pride and tricks, he loses to Nagraj and Nagina. The character of Nag Mani shows that if the creator is clever and evil, then he gets destroyed by what he has created.
Miss Killer

Miss Killer (Miss Hiroshima) is one of the oldest, most cunning, and dangerous enemies of Nagraj in the world of Raj Comics, known as the queen of the world of crime. She is very cruel, arrogant, and a genius scientist, naturally adept at technology. She is identified by her modern look, using blue bodysuits, metal armor, and high-tech gadgets with a long cape. She specializes in making and operating laser guns and flying machines from her strong ‘Killer Fort’.
Her evil can be gauged from the fact that she has hatched conspiracies ranging from stealing Nagraj’s memory with a ‘memory transfer gadget’, creating a powerful clone from his body particles, and causing acid rain in cities like Rajnagar. She is not only a major criminal in Japan but also a supplier of modern weapons to criminals around the world.
Miss Killer’s greatest strength is her never-say-die attitude. While other villains strengthen themselves, she targets only the powers of Nagraj. Implicating the serpent in the ‘Serpent Court of Justice’ (Nagadhish) or weakening him by taking away his strength shows her cunning. She, along with enemies like Nagdant, Nagina, and Nagpasha, repeatedly creates new problems for Nagraj and Super Commando Dhruv. Her ultimate goal is to rule the whole world by obtaining Nagraj’s ‘willful powers’ and treasure. Comics like ‘Nagraj’s End’ and ‘Powerless Nagraj’ show her dangerous intentions.
Thodanga

Thodanga, the uncrowned king of Tanzania’s dense forests, is a fearless and cruel villain in the history of Raj Comics, who is placed at the top among dangerous enemies like ‘Miss Killer’. He is considered the most violent ruler of the forest, killing elephants as easily as anyone kills sheep. In ‘Thodanga Valley’, not a single elephant survives because he needs the flesh of an elephant every day. Physically resembling a giant demon, Thodanga’s skin is thick like a rhinoceros, which is not affected by common weapons or poison. He has moon-star markings on his body and can survive attacks by compressing his head into his chest using his ‘turtle technique’.
Thodanga’s story started with ‘Taj Mahal Theft’, but he got his real identity in ‘Nagraj and Thodanga’. There, along with criminals like Dr. Virus and Ilu-Ilu, he used to conspire to spread disease through mosquitoes. Thodanga’s body was torn into two pieces in a fierce battle with Nagraj, but given his popularity among readers, he was brought back to life in comics like ‘Kali Maut’ and ‘Phantom Uncle’.
After rebirth, he became a ‘Phantom Commander’ who had magnetic powers. Finally, Nagraj adopted the technique of ‘Jarasandha’ slaughter and ended him by throwing his body parts in opposite directions. Recently, he has returned in an even more massive and dangerous form in the ‘Compensation Series’, where he is suffering from a certain disease and is once again challenging the legacy of Nagraj.
Nagdant

Nagdant is a very powerful and dangerous form of Nagraj in the universe of Raj Comics. The story of his beginning is related to the cunning thinking of Professor Nagmani. Initially, Nagadant was considered to be the creation of Nagmani, just like Nagraj, but later it was revealed that Nagadant’s real name was ‘Fung’. He belonged to a unique community where people born from the union of morphing snakes and humans lived. Fung’s father was a human, and his mother was a wishful serpent. He was addicted to eating the flesh of poisonous snakes and their venom since childhood.
When Nagraj went out of Nagmani’s control, Nagmani started looking for a new ‘snake-human’. He found Fung in a secret clan in China. Nagmani lured Fung and made him drink Nagraj’s safe blood, which brought the same strength, subtle serpent abilities, and strong poison to Fung’s body as Nagraj. After this transformation, he became ‘Nagdant’.
His main objective was to defame Nagraj in the eyes of the world. At Nagmani’s behest, he committed incidents like robbery and plane hijacking in a Swiss bank so that people would consider the real Nagraj a criminal. Nagdant has powers like changing form, releasing snakes from his body, and deadly venom, which makes him the biggest enemy of Nagraj. Due to his cruelty and jealous nature, he can go to any extent to prove himself better.
Tuten-Khamen

Tuten-Khamen (an important link to Miss Killer) is a very powerful and mysterious villain in the Nagraj series of Raj Comics. He describes himself as a thousand-year-old ancient Egyptian pharaoh descended from the pyramids. His main objective is to create an immortal army named ‘Tuton Force’, in which he puts the souls of criminals into the bodies of ancient mummies so that they are not affected by any modern weapons.
Tuten-Khamen’s true strength is hidden in one of his special magical masks. This mask is so powerful that it can absorb even the dangerous poison-based powers of Nagraj and turn them back on him. In ‘Magic Shahanshah’, the comic features him as an elusive magician, where he ultimately turns out to be just a magical trick or an empty shell when Nagraj opens his bandages.
The truth behind this mysterious character is revealed in other comics like ‘Queen of Pyramids’, in which his wife, Queen Ankhesanamun, conspires to sacrifice children with gypsy rituals to bring him back to life. Whereas in the comic ‘Samrat’, it is revealed that Tuten-Khamen was actually under the hypnosis of the great magician Karanbakshi. Karanbakshi was using him as a pawn to obtain ancient treasures and the magical palace of Queen Cleopatra. This combination of ancient Egyptian mystery, black magic, and the desire for immortality makes him a very difficult and elusive enemy for heroes like Nagraj and Super Commando Dhruv.
Nagina

Nagina Raj is the biggest and most dangerous female villain of the Nagraj comic series, a very powerful wishful serpent and a great serpent tantrika. She was the queen of Nagdweep in ancient times, where she started sacrificing snakes of her own caste to increase her tantric powers, due to which Mahatma Kaladoot punished her and exiled her.
The main objective of Nagina is to eliminate Nagraj, recapture Nagdweep, and rule the entire world on the basis of her magical powers. Her main sources of power are her magical ‘tantra-mund’ (skull necklace) and her dangerous tantric rays, with which she can subdue anyone, create many elusive forms, and control ancient secrets like ‘Trifn’.
She is not only adept at fighting but also at making strategies and creating new threats by combining science and systems, as seen in comics like ‘Nagina Ka Jal’ and ‘Kundali’, where she disguises herself as ‘Snowki’ or puts the world in danger through a planet-machine. She often teams up with other villains like Nagpasha and Miss Killer, but her ultimate goal is always to maintain her power and secrets. For Nagraj and Visarpi, she is such an elusive enemy that it seems almost impossible to defeat her, as she returns with a new plan every time based on her tantric knowledge.
Vishandhar

Vishandhar is such a complex villain in Raj Comics’ Nagraj series, whose journey started with a greed for power and reached that of a ‘sidekick’. He is the former Tantrik (Royal Sorcerer) of Nagadweep, who betrayed his own country and the royal lineage of Visarpi to gain kingship. Vishandhar is mainly seen conspiring with Nagpasha and his mysterious ‘Gurudev’ in comics like Death Penalty, Nagdweep, Triphana, and Pralay. He is a powerful ‘wishful serpent’, often appearing in the form of half human and half snake, and he wields dangerous tantric power through his ‘mantra-dand’.
The main reason for Vishandhar’s enmity was the throne of Nagdweep. When King Maniraj had no children, Vishandhar felt that he would become the next king. But when Maniraj, at the behest of Dev Kaljayi, made the injured child (Nagraj), found in the Taapsee River, his successor, all Vishandhar’s plans were ruined. He joined hands with the demon king General Gunt to kill Nagraj and also took the help of a Vishkanya, but was defeated every time. Even the Vishkanya sent by him later joined Nagraj.
Over time, Vishandhar’s character changed from a serious villain to a somewhat funny one. While in Vishkanya he was dangerous, in comics like Mahayudh he appeared like a clown, who fell into the trap of a snake and got trapped in the mantras of Kaladoot. By the time he appeared in Kundali comics, his condition had become so bad that he had to obey characters like Polka. Ultimately, Vishandhar proved to be a villain who, despite being a powerful Tantrik, could not become a main villain himself and remained just a ‘sidekick’ of bigger villains.
Shakura

In the world of Raj Comics, the magician Shakura (Victor Shakura) is a clever and powerful villain whose fear extends from Earth to space. This fugitive criminal from the planet Shakura may be small in stature, but his magical and scientific powers are immense. He uses strange devices like advanced spaceships and ‘magic crayons’ like a ‘cyber-magician’, which create dangerous situations by bringing lifeless pictures to life. His cunning was seen when he not only created the illusion of the Taj Mahal being stolen but also trapped international heroes like Superman, Batman, and Spider-Man in his magical trap.
Shakura’s greatest strength is his illusion and ability to change form, which allows him to trouble even a powerful hero like Nagraj. Along with his loyal magical mongoose ‘Shikangi’, he creates new mazes every time. Although Nagraj’s wisdom and Baba Gorakhnath’s powers have defeated him many times, he never accepts defeat. Due to the quality of ‘immortality’ in his lineage, he returns alive every time he is destroyed. With this combination of magic, strength, and immortality, Shakura is such a dangerous mind that, by combining science and black magic, he remains a constant threat to the entire universe. This intergalactic aspect of his story makes him a memorable and deadly villain in the comics world.
Nagpasha

The story of Nagpasha, greedy for power in Takshak City, is made up of a tangled web of deceit, revenge, and immortality. Being the younger brother of King Takshakaraja, Nagpasha had only one dream—that he should sit on the throne—but his dream was shattered when Queen Lalita had children. Out of jealousy, Nagpasha played such a trick that the snake god became extremely angry. Although the king saved the queen, her child was presumed dead due to Kaljayi’s poison. When the enraged Nagpasha attacked Kaljayi, he became mad due to the attack of the snake god, and by falling into a mixture of nectar and poison while running, he became immortal, but his face became permanently disfigured and terrifying.
Troubled by his failure and ugliness, Nagpasha finally killed King Takshakaraja and the queen. Before dying, Takshakaraja, with the help of a sage, had hidden all the treasure in a molehill, which only his living son (Nagraj) could find. Today, Nagpasha, despite being an immortal and powerful Tantrik, is mentally weak. He relies entirely on his master ‘Gurudev’ and his disciple Kentucky. Gurudev himself has created many conspiracies for Nagpasha by combining Tantra and science. Raj Comics series like Mahayudh and Nagayan show Nagpasha as ‘Cruelpasha’, whose biggest weakness is his childish anger and dependence on his guru, which Nagraj has always taken advantage of.
Gurudev

In the world of Raj Comics, ‘Gurudev’ is a mastermind who can shake the whole world with his intelligence and mysterious powers. He is not just an ordinary criminal, but a symbol of the dangerous combination of science and Tantra-vidya, where morality has no place. Gurudev is mostly seen as the protector and guide of Nagpasha, but in reality, he plans to eliminate heroes like Nagraj from behind the scenes. His greatest strength is his mind, with the help of which he has mastered biochemistry and robotics. The biggest example of this was putting a ‘robotic capsule’ in Nagraj’s mind, which turned a protector into a destroyer.
Along with scientific knowledge, Gurudev is also very knowledgeable in ancient tantric knowledge. With weapons like ‘tantric curbs’, he can subdue even souls, as he did with Mahatma Kaladoot. His ambition is not limited to any small kingdom or wealth; he wants to take control of time and the universe by obtaining divine gems like ‘Triphan’. The depth of Gurudev’s character is clearly visible in the conflict of ideas between him and Vedacharya, where on one side there is selfless service and on the other side there is ego. He uses his disciples only as pawns and is adept at making new moves even after losing. In short, Gurudev is one of the sharpest minds and a frequently returning villain in comics, whose very existence remains a constant challenge for Nagraj.
Polka

In the Nagraj era of Raj Comics, the character of ‘Polka’ comes across as a very clever, scientifically minded, and dangerous villain. From ‘Black Death’ to ‘Kundali’, her story shows a different combination of deception and high-tech technology. She initially appeared as a trusted companion of Nagraj, who helped find Bharathi with her scientific understanding, but it was all part of her larger plan. In ‘Ilaan-e-Jung’, she changed sides, imprisoned Nagraj, and put a strap around his neck with a special machine that could control his willful powers. Her biggest trick was revealed in ‘Terrorist Nagraj’, where it was shown that the girl who lived with Nagraj was actually Polka’s lookalike, whom she had groomed by giving her memories to win Nagraj’s trust.
The real Polka was running a global terrorist network from inside the Statue of Liberty. She reawakened the hidden criminal part of Nagraj’s mind with the help of technology and made him a threat to the world. In ‘Kundali’, her dangerous thinking increased further when she, along with Nagina, used a ‘mechanical virus’ and planetary position–altering machines to eliminate Nagraj’s powers. Polka is not a common criminal, but a mastermind who works not with emotions, but with contracts and data. Her courage and precise planning make her one of the most complex and influential villains of Raj Comics.
Zulu

In the world of Raj Comics, ‘Zulu’ is an anti-hero who proved to be very dangerous for Nagraj with his different thinking and cruelty. The combination of old voodoo lore of a South African clan and modern science made him a ‘scientific mastermind’. His character is well portrayed in stories like ‘Earthy’ and ‘So Ja Nagraj’, where he attacks not just with force, but targets Nagraj’s mind and subconscious. Creating artificial creatures like ‘Magrah’ and making Nagraj a living puppet by injecting ‘plasma’ into his bloodstream shows his scientific strength. He enjoys mentally harassing Nagraj, considering him his slave.
Zulu’s plans are very far-sighted and full of technology. In ‘Sleep Nagraj’ and ‘Dream Booty’, controlling Nagraj’s dreams, and becoming invisible using chameleon ashes, shows the power of his tribal knowledge. He is so arrogant that he prefers to play a self-destructive game rather than surrender, as he demonstrated by planting a bomb in an earthworm effigy. Although Nagraj defeats him many times with his willpower and strength, the character of Zulu shows the dangerous consequences of the misuse of science and machinery. His black coat and scary style make him one of the most influential villains of Raj Comics.
See-Through

Raj Comics villain ‘See-Through’ is a different example of the tragic end of science and human ambition. Originally a smart scientist, his life changed when his ‘teleportation’ experiment met with a terrible accident. This blast scattered his body into atoms, but the strength of his consciousness and mind remained in those invisible particles. By naming himself ‘See-Through’, he gained the ability to create fake and giant creatures by combining air, dust, and gases with his molecular power.
His greatest strength was his mental waves, with which he could control the minds of others. His main objective was to regain a solid human body by harnessing Nagraj’s ‘willful power’, because he believed that Nagraj’s binding energy could give permanent form to his scattered atoms. Out of this greed, he mentally harassed Nagraj and created complex scientific traps to capture him.
However, it also ended because of his own greed. When he tried to absorb Nagraj’s tremendous willful energy, his unstable existence could not bear that pressure and ended forever with a big bang. The character See-Through teaches that ambition without control, against the laws of nature, ultimately leads to self-destruction.
Sapera

In Raj Comics’ famous story ‘Sapera’, the character of the anti-hero Sapera is a very emotional and vindictive person with a scientific background. His real name was Ravi Menon, a famous musician and researcher in phonology. He had created a technique by which crops could be protected through the waves of music, but greedy traders Jaddu Shah, Moose, and Passu, considering it a threat to their business, fatally attacked him.
In this attack, hungry rats damaged his ‘voice glands’, causing his voice to be lost forever. Doctor Bansal put a ‘voice synthesizer’ around his neck, equipped him with modern machines, and re-established him as ‘Sapera’. Sapera has a scary appearance, with heavy amplifiers on his body and a powerful electric guitar, which creates dangerous sound waves. He can even break concrete through these waves.
In his battle with Nagraj, he gave him a tough fight with his musical waves, as these dangerous frequencies weakened Nagraj’s serpent powers. The character of Sapera is a sad story; he lived alone in the fire of revenge, hiding his identity from his daughter Nilofar. In the end, Nagraj used the principle of ‘vacuum’ to neutralize his sound waves and defeat him. Sapera is not just a villain, but a scientific warrior standing against injustice, whose art has become his biggest weapon and also his compulsion.
Karanavashi

In the world of Raj Comics, ‘Karanvashi’ is an anti-hero whose strength is not driven by the body, but by the mysterious power of the mind and hypnosis. He is called the ‘Emperor of Hypnosis’, who appeared in a very terrifying form in the ‘Hypnosis’ comic against Nagraj. The shining gem on the forehead of this villain, who wears red and orange robes, is the center of his strength, the rays emanating from which can subdue even the strongest person in a moment.
Karanavashi’s cruelty is seen when he turns Kamala Auditorium into hell with his illusionary powers, where even a powerful hero like Nagraj feels real pain after getting trapped in illusions. He is adept at combining dust and clay to create fearsome protectors and creating monsters like ‘Manticore’, which are manifestations of his mental strength.
Karanavashi’s desire is not limited to crime, but he wants to rule the whole world, as seen in series like ‘Saudangi’ and ‘Samrat’. He controlled the powers of ancient Egypt and even influenced the President of America, showing how vast his reach was. He also has the power to hypnotize millions of people simultaneously through television.
Although Nagraj defeats him several times with his mental strength and the help of subtle snakes, Karanavashi’s pride and his art bring him back in a new form every time. His character teaches that misuse of brain power can be more dangerous than any weapon.
Vish-Amrit (Poison & Nectar)

In the famous story of Raj Comics ‘Vish-Amrit’, Vish and Amrit are two alien characters known for their contrasting powers and mysterious ‘cosmic game’. Vish appears in a female form as a destroyer, whose aim is to make the entire planet barren by destroying life, while Amrit appears in a male form as a life-giver, who tries to stop Vish’s destruction.
Both of them are different from ordinary villains because they work according to the laws of the universe rather than any personal enmity. Their biggest secret is that they keep changing their roles; the one who destroys today can become a protector on the next planet.
This challenge was very difficult for Nagraj because his snake powers also started feeling weak in front of the dangerous blows of poison and the tremendous energy of nectar. At last, Nagraj understood that both of them were using the Earth as their laboratory. Instead of his strength, he used his understanding and skills to trap them in their own rules. The collision of his energies broke the rules of their game, forcing them to leave Earth.
This story teaches that power, whether to create or destroy, is dangerous if not under control. Vish and Amrit’s different style and their game with a ‘time limit’ make them the most different and memorable rivals of Raj Comics.
Tantricity

‘Tantrat’ is such a scary name in the world of Raj Comics, which shows the dangerous combination of Tantra Vidya, science, and immense greed. He was the biggest enemy of Vedacharya, who created great magic and a curse for his family. Tantrata was not just a criminal, but the emperor of an army of souls, who got his daughter Chandralekha married to Vedacharya’s son Shiladitya just so that he could steal their magical secrets. His most cruel act was trying to capture the body of his own grandson ‘Elderj’, so that he could become immortal by transferring his soul. In comics like ‘Elderj’, ‘Nagraj Kahar’, and ‘Aghori’, the most dangerous form of his power is seen, where he even created a ‘second sun’ in the sky.
His abode ‘Tantra-Garh’ was a living fort built on the structure of the human body and shows his strange thinking. To defeat him, even a hero like Nagraj had to take the help of not only strength but also the magical knowledge and spiritual power of Vedacharya. Ultimately, Tantrata was defeated due to his pride and betrayal of his own people, and he was imprisoned forever in a magical picture. The character of Tantrata shows that misplaced strength and disrespect for relationships ultimately lead to destruction.
Garlagant

In the world of Raj Comics, Garlagant is not an ordinary villain, but a divine ‘Yaksha Rakshas’, who has the cruelty of demons and magical powers like Yakshas. He was born from a secret tantric yagya performed by Vishandhar, which was aimed at eliminating Nagraj, the beloved of Dev Kaljayi. Garlagant’s appearance is very huge and scary; his large body, white beard, and golden crown give him the look of the ancient ganas of Lord Shiva. His most dangerous strength is his ‘tantric curb’, due to which he can control even powerful people like Mahatma Kaladoot. He created ‘Vishkanya’ with his powers, whose poison was so dangerous that even Dev Kaljayi himself did not have its cure.
Garlagant’s cunningness is most visible in the ‘Poisonless Nagraj’ series, where he created a situation such that Dev Kaljayi took away Nagraj’s powers in anger. He can neutralize not only physical strength but also the willful powers of Nagraj with weapons like ‘bone-serp’ and ‘bone-weapons’. Although cunning characters like Nagina took advantage of his loyalty, his self-respect and tantric knowledge make him one of the biggest enemies of Nagraj. In the end, it was Nagraj’s wisdom and Vedacharya’s ‘counter-tantra’ knowledge that defeated him. Garlagant symbolizes the time when tantric and mythological powers dominated the stories of Nagraj more than science.
Supreme Head

Nagraj’s biggest enemy in Raj Comics is Supreme Head (earlier ‘Crime King’), a villain in the crime world who has turned his weakness into his biggest strength. Being paralyzed, he cannot walk, but his pink and purple ‘life support tank’ is not just a machine, but a moving fort equipped with missiles, laser guns, and electric shields. He uses ‘dark science’ instead of magic and prefers to attack while staying behind machines. His cunning can be gauged from the fact that he created robots and powerful weapons like ‘Kevlwan’ to destroy Nagraj’s powers.
Supreme Head wanted to capture not just money, but also information and communication. In comics like ‘Kalachakr’, he took advantage of Nagraj’s goodness to make him give up his powers, which shows his cunning nature. He could go to any extent to capture the satellite of Bharti Communications. With the help of loyal companions like Tamara and high-tech technology, he ruled the underworld of the metropolis. For Nagraj, he became such a challenge that showed that every battle is not won by strength, but by mind and technology. This villain, who scares the whole world despite being physically handicapped, is considered the biggest example of technical villainy in Raj Comics.
Dracula

In the universe of Raj Comics, Count Dracula is not just a villain, but a scary symbol of terror and immortality that has also tested heroes like Nagraj and Super Commando Dhruv. This ‘bloodthirsty’ emperor from the ancient forests of Romania was considered almost invincible due to his tantric powers and the unique art of ‘heart transmission’, because he could protect his heart in any part of his body or even outside it.
When Nagpasha brought him back to life and Dracula drank ‘amrit’-mixed blood, he turned into a super-vampire who was not affected by sunlight, fire, or common weapons. He planned to turn all of humanity into vampires through the ‘Destruction Tree’ and spread his fear across the ghost world. Dracula’s pride was so great that he even used villains like Nagina according to his will and challenged Nagraj’s strength by making him ‘poisonless’.
At last, Dhruv’s sharp intelligence and Nagraj’s strength together uncovered the secret of Dracula’s heart. The terrible fire of the Holy Cross of Saint Eulogian and burning lava brought an end to this seemingly invincible devil. However, in the history of Raj Comics, Dracula’s name will always be remembered as a ‘dark legend’ who forced even powerful spiritual forces to bow before him.
